Turning

Employing 2-Axis Okuma & Mazak CNC lathes, Nucom has capabilities to turn parts up to 22″ in diameter and 60″ long and weighing 1500 lbs.

Milling

Using 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC machining centers, Nucom is able to machine components in sizes ranging up to 78″ long, 70″ tall, and 57″ wide and weighing up to 13,000 lbs.

Welding

Precision Fabrications, many with pre-weld machining weighing up to 2 tons are manufactured using Yaskawa Motoman Robotic cells and cobots along with manual pulsed Mig & Tig processes. Subsequent post-weld machining and painting are accomplished to customer requirements.
